A Conservation Plan is a document that synthesizes the significance of an historic place and provides policies to guide the retention of heritage values through effective interventions, long term conservation, and maintenance measures. These plans facilitate sustainable stewardship decisions by requiring an understanding of what matters and why, before major decisions are made. Prepared in-house by members of the Canadian Association of Heritage Professionals (CAHP), our reports benefit from the multi-disciplinary nature of the firm providing value-added expertise in archival research, materials conservation and building science. Our experience includes buildings of vastly different sizes and uses, as well as a variety of construction techniques.
