Royal Alexandra Theatre

GBCA provides ongoing heritage consultation and architectural services for the Royal Alexandra Theatre, one of Canada's National Historic Sites.

We have assisted in procuring heritage funding for restoration and maintenance work as well as heritage related tax rebates.

Recent architectural work has included cleaning and repointing of the front facade, replacement of the slate shingle roofing, installation of required interior fire separations, major upgrades to the electrical system including emergency power generation, and construction of a new stage door entrance.
